When we are honest with ourselves and others, we are freed from the things that hold us back. Through our women’s group, we hope to create a path for women to express themselves, become empowered, and empower each other.

Megan is a veteran, licensed mental health therapist, best selling author & speaker, a tv and podcast host, and founder of the I Am Enough movement.
