Bucket List

What experiences or achievements do you hope to have or accomplish during your lifetime? I believe it’s important to take time for things you enjoy in life. Doing things you enjoy can make you feel more energized and maybe even relaxed at the same time. We all know that it’s important to take time to unwind and de-stress. It’s all about self-care.

I don’t know about you, but when I feel I have lots of time ahead of me, like a new summer, a new year, a lifetime, I think about what I’d like to do with it. But then “real life” takes over, and I end up focusing more on my day-to-day goals and less on my goals for fun, stress relief, or on my long-term goals. Having a bucket list helps me to stay aware of what’s really important to me. Also, simply creating the list can be fun. Sharing your list with your friends and family, revisiting your list over time, and checking off your experiences and accomplishments can all be ways to enjoy life more, and share the fun.

What’s on my bucket list? There are few things on my list but at the top would be to travel the world. I would love to make a friend in every country that I visit, learn about their culture, and in return, welcome them to visit me. I love it when you make a connection with another person and share each other’s stories. One of my favorite things to do is to be with friends, have a wonderful meal with an amazing glass of wine, and have a great conversation.
